Jobs Partnership Program Pilot: Pathways, Pitfalls, and Progress in the First Year

This report describes the first year of the Jobs Partnership Program (JPP) — a British Columbia welfare-to-work pilot project that is using third-party labour market intermediary organizations to facilitate the employment of income assistance recipients.
