Earnings Supplement Project (ESP) – The Frequent Use of Unemployment Insurance in Canada
In order to learn more about repeat EI users, a group whose behaviour was not affected by ESP, this report presents an analysis of the characteristics, behaviour, and attitudes of the EI beneficiaries who responded to the Survey on Repeat Use of Employment Insurance (SRUEI).
