SRDC, the Canadian Observatory on Homelessness (COH), and Mentor Canada are excited to release the final report for the project Safe, stable, long-term: Supporting 2SLGBTQ+ youth along the housing continuum.
Our findings highlight 2SLGBTQ+ youths’ experiences of housing precarity and map their journeys across housing and housing services. Youth and service providers co-designed and validated the findings, including a queer housing continuum prototype and actionable solutions.
The report contains executive summaries of Phase 1 and 2, infographics of key findings, and recommendations for service-providing organizations, community members and businesses, and decision- and policy-makers.
