Social Finance

Social finance initiatives, such as social enterprises, social finance investment funds and social impact bonds, are innovative approaches to lifting vulnerable populations out of poverty and providing them with opportunities for skill development and employment. SRDC works with our partners to develop and assess innovative social finance approaches that address social and economic challenges facing Canadian communities.
